Our Team
Meet Baylor Blanchard, the dynamic force behind Double B Properties. As the owner, Baylor brings a hands-on approach to our daily operations, ensuring that every aspect of our service reflects his commitment to excellence. Growing up in the vibrant culture of southern Louisiana, Baylor inherited a strong work ethic from his entrepreneurial parents, who instilled in him the value of direct engagement with clients.
With a background in both business and science, Baylor is uniquely equipped to navigate the complexities of property management. Graduating from Mississippi College with a Bachelor's degree in Medical Science and a minor in Biochemistry, Baylor also left his mark on the football field as a standout player and two-time Defensive captain for MC.
Baylor was involved in his father’s construction company from an early age and learned the value of a man’s word and hard work. Every summer from 7th grade until he graduated college you could find him on a construction site project or learning to bid new jobs with his grandpa.
After college, Baylor began a career in Pharmaceutical sales and worked for a division of McKesson focusing in Oncology. This experience really brought out the entrepreneur spirit in Baylor and he began developing Nutraceutical products for cancer patients as he saw a serious need for affordable medication alternatives.
This led to an opportunity to partner and work with James Webb, a successful healthcare entrepreneur and investor in Dallas. This solidified his decision to pursue his own venture and build something of his own, leading him to Telluride, Colorado.
Baylor's heart has always belonged to Telluride -- With 28 years of cherished memories at a family home in the area, he made the bold decision in 2019 to follow his passion and establish Double B Properties in the mountains. Since then, he's been busy building not just a business, but a community, cultivating relationships with clients and partners alike.
